Planning status

When you initiate the planning of a project with UltimPM, you specify a "Processing Logs" project.

This project helps provide the status of the planning process.

A task will be created when you initiate the planning and every few seconds to let you know the planning is in progress.

If you don't have enough credits left to initiate the planning process with UltimPM, a task will be added to the Processing Logs project letting you know that you need to top up your credits by purchasing a bundle .

When a validation fails for a particular plan and therefore UltimPM can process it, a task will also be added to this Processing Logs project in order to let you know to check the mandatory fields and values of each plan.

Once UltimPM is done planning, a task will be created in the "Processing Logs" project indicating that UltimPM is done planning.

If there are any hard constraints that UltimPM could not overcome, a task will be created on the "Processing Logs" project to indicate that UltimPM wasn't able to produce a plan that satisfies all the constraints.
