Bundles and credits consumption
UltimPM provides 3 distinct bundles. Each bundle offers a different « credit » amount of tasks as well as a different maximum number of tasks per project. For example, if you know the plan you need to schedule has more than 500 tasks, opt for the Premium bundle which will enable scheduling of project plans carrying up to 700 tasks.
When scheduling a project plan, UltimPM will consume task « credits » from the cheapest available bundle. For example, when running UltimPM on a project plan that has 70 tasks, if you have purchased the Pro and Starter bundles previously and have 50 tasks « credits » left on each of these bundle types, ultimPM will first consume the 50 remaining tasks from the Starter bundle and then proceed to consume 20 tasks from the Pro bundle.

If your project plan has 160 tasks and you have purchased the Starter and the Pro bundles, when UltimPM is launched to schedule your project plan, it will consume task « credits » only from the Pro bundle.

If you don't have enough credits left in the bundle that matches the number of tasks the project you want to process has, a message will be added to the reporting project to let you know you need to top up your task credits.
